7zbed Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the 7zbed platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 7zbed website (https://7zbed.lat) and all related services ("Platform"). 2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. 7zbed reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

7zbed may request identity verification from a user at any time. Submission of a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued document may be mandatory. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Granting access to your account to anyone else is prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account unless it is proven to have occurred due to a technical error.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from your own mobile banking or bank account — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

All transactions are recorded by the 7zbed system. If you notice any discrepancy in a transaction, contact support immediately. Complaints regarding transactions older than 30 days will not be accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
• Funds earned from one bonus offer cannot be combined with another bonus offer unless specifically stated.
• Any manipulation of bonuses (arbitrage or bonus hunting) is strictly prohibited.
• 7zbed reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

7zbed's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback benefits are available through regular play. The benefits and terms of each level apply separately.

All games on the 7zbed platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game lobby.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which may change from time to time. It will not be possible to place a bet outside these limits.

6.2 Technical Errors

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Creating multiple accounts strategically to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Threatening or harassing 7zbed staff.
• Attempting to breach the security of the Platform.

Participation in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

8.1 Closure by 7zbed

7zbed may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Regulatory or legal reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.
